Search Consultancy is the UK 's leading recruitment organisation, with revenue in exceed of £225m and highly profitable operations spanning in the UK We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Managing Consultant in Crawley to join our Call& Contact Centre team in Gatwick
With significant backing from H2 Private Equity we are embarking upon a market changing investment plan and as such, we are very interested in meeting exceptional people to drive growth in leadership across our Commercial teams.
With the ability to put your stamp on our growth strategy from day one, you'll be reporting directly into our Senior Management team who have extensive experience in the sector and will adopt a hands-on approach whilst really valuing creative input from theirteams.
In return, we will give you free reign to work in an open market within the Call Centre sector, with no restrictions on salary level or job titles. You can truly specialise in the market and will be given the tools to create bespoke recruitment solutions foryour clients.
**Key Skills**:

- Strategic in your approach, the ability to map out the market and identify new business.
- Confident sales professional, demonstrating the ability to build a portfolio of clients, undertake business development activities, including negotiation and objection handling.
- Highly influential and motivational; the ability to coach and mentor recruitment professionals to maximise revenue and achieve team objectives.
- You must be ambitious, energetic and hard working.
