Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Construction Team, based at our Dartford office. The role will be to provide full support to the Construction Manager to ensure that construction activity is carried out to a consistently high level and inline with the Company Construction Build Process (CCBP), H&S standards as well as legislative requirements such as CDM and NRSWA.

**What you'll be doing**

You'll liaise with, and support, the Delivery Administrator to ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed to support the installation and development of relevant sites is processed in a timely manner. This varied role will include project support, helpingon initiatives such as supporting on tenders and conducting regular site visits and technical surveysin line with Company requirements with respect to any construction activities.

You'll also;
- Liaise with the Delivery Administrator to ensure that D365/ OASIS internal systems are updated with accurate and timely data including the uploading of Build Packs and the relevant ‘as-built' H&S File information
- Ensure that all Company procedures and standards in accordance with the CCBP are adhered to, with regard to the development, construction and removal of all structures and products
- Be accountable for the day to day delivery of the Construction Plan within your specified area of responsibility ensuring that agreed standards and timescales are met and stock requirements are delivered on time
- Take an active role in delivering Clear Channel Choice revenue targets
- Contractor Management
- carrying out of audits including safety inspections
- To ensure all activity is covered by a relevant RAMS and that necessary H&S documentation is in place
- Ability to be flexible with hours and travel, to work in line with all construction activities with the Southern area of the UK
- Maintain excellent customer relationships with local highways and other external contracts ensuring high standards are maintained and delivered in line with agreed requirements
- Ability to deal efficiently with all internal/external queries/complaints in line with agreed Company standards and escalating to Line Manager when relevant

**Who are you?**

You'll have the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally, with excellent planning and organisational skills. Ideally you'll have come from a PM background but if you think you have great transferrable skills we'd be happy to hear fromyou. Other skills we'd like to see from the new Project Manager are;
- High standard of numeracy
- NRSWA trained to relevant level (training can be provided)
- Proficiency in IT skills including Word and Excel
- On-site experience and skills required to survey and assess sites for commercial and technical viability
- Knowledge and compliance with all aspects of H&S
