**Responsibilities and Duties as a Supervisor**:

- Food production in line with the company recipes.
- To consider all special dietary needs as required.
- Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked, at all times within the required service windows.
- To have responsibility of the making section and the running of orders.
- To help with cleaning and prepping duties which allow the production line to run efficiently.
- Assign and designate team members to specific roles.
- To achieve the best out of the team.
- Understanding the cash up process and ensuring security criteria are met.
- Ensuring staff are adhering to uniform policies.
- Baseline recruitment
- Training new starters.
- Monitoring staff progression and store cleanliness.
- Monitoring stock levels and wastage levels.
- Deliver stock counts on time.
- Set challenging targets for all your team members and review them periodically providing feedback.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints.
- Flexible working hours from Monday - Sunday including weekends and late evenings closing at 11pm.
