**SEMH Teaching Assistant**
Qualiteach is currently working with a SEN School that caters for students with Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. For this SEMH Teaching Assistant role you will be required to support a small group of students with Social, Emotional andMental Health Needs. You will be supporting them during their lessons which will include Maths, English and Science, as well as other activities that will come up during the week. Due to the students needs, there will be times where their behaviour will becomequite challenging, and this will need to be dealt with in a correct manor. Therefore, the ideal SEMH Teaching Assistant must have had previous experience and be Team Teach or MAPA Training.
**SEN School**
This SEN School is based in the London borough of Greenwich and caters for students aged between 5-11 years, who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum and with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. They currently have 70 students who attend andin their last Ofsted in March 2018, they were reviewed as 'Good' in all areas.
