Applications are invited for an Administrator to provide secretarial and administration support to the Infection Prevention and Safety Team, including Infection Prevention and Control, Health and Safety and Physical Health in Mental Health Teams. The post holder will coordinate their activities to ensure an efficient and responsive service.

The post holder will have a range of administrative duties with the delivery of day-to-day activities including electronic diary management, arranging meetings, minute taking and data collection/reporting. Great teamwork is an essential part of our service delivery and so the post holder will be a good team player, but will also have the ability to work on their own initiative and be able to communicate with staff, service users and carers in a professional way. Computer literacy is also essential and the post holder will be proficient in Microsoft Office skills including Excel.

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
