**Key Responsibilities of an Outreach Registration Officer**:
1. Be involved in contacting people who need support with getting back into work and enrolling them in a Supportive Employability Programme

2. Source and build partnerships with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies

3. Act as the first point of contact, provides promotional & informative overview of the Get Set UK services, gaining participant commitment to positively focus on employment journey.

4. To conduct initial screening/checks v/s eligibility criteria for various Programmes.

5. To collaborate with colleagues and external provisions when necessary to promote Get Set’s services

6. Provide a sense of authority to the customers and enable them to feel more confident & strengthened.

7. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and motivate others to develop/grow industry-specific knowledge and skills

8. Signpost participants to a range of organisations to assist with Health, drug and alcohol, housing, and finance advice.

**An Ideal Outreach Registration Officer should be**:
1. Experience in supporting vulnerable clients' groups i.e., young care leavers/asylum seekers

2. Have an understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable client groups i.e. people living with mental health conditions, substance misuse, a history of offending behaviour, homeless.

3. Experience in assessing an individual’s needs and the ability to tailor and deliver a support plan based on these

4. Experience working with multi agencies

5. The ability to manage your caseload and manage time effectively

6. Competent in using IT systems to record visit updates

**Salary**: £21,120.00-£24,000.00 per year
