This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week and you will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. **You will need the following experience**: - Educated to degree level or postgraduate leadership and management qualification or significant management experience and willingness to undertake a leadership and management qualification - Sound financial skills to be able to read and interpret financial data - Knowledge of the service sector and the systems and processes used - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Qualification in hospital or hospitality management - Knowledge of hospital management - Knowledge of regulatory requirements within hospital management - Knowledge of NHS Standard Contract requirements - Operational experience - controlling costs, developing people, building business cases and managing a diverse team **Duties will include**: - Responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of support services within the hospital, providing leadership for the effective management of all non-clinical functions - As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Operations Manager works with the Executive Director and Director of Clinical Services, to create and deliver the strategic, operational and business development plan for the hospital - Work to maximise patient activity and increase revenue - Help identify business development opportunities such as new services and development of existing services - Contribute to the hospital’s business plan and support the managers and leads of departments responsible for to formulate departmental plans and objectives - Ensure delivery of NHS activity according to RTT 18 week protocols **Salary & Benefits**: Circle Health Group is committed to offering competitive starting salaries alongside access to a wide range of employee benefits, including: - Private Medical Insurance - Private Pension Scheme - 25 days holiday a year increasing to 30 days - Enhanced Maternity, Paternity & Adoption Leave - Employee Referral Scheme - Learning and development; free courses and industry recognised qualifications - Friends & Family Hospital Discounts - NHS Blue Light Discount Card - Plus much more "Our culture is a result of the way our people live and breathe our philosophy, which combines our purpose, principles and value."
