**Job Title - Special Events Executive**

**Location - Stamford Bridge & travel to Cobham as and when required**

**Hours - Permanent - 35 hours, any 5 from 7**

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re looking for a Special Events Executive to support the organisation and co-ordination of all special events, Chelsea Foundation bookings and internal event bookings, ensuring each event is delivered successfully and meets its stated objectives. Duties include:

- Lead all Chelsea FC supported events, such as Paul Canoville Foundation bookings
- Handle all Chelsea Foundation event bookings
- Lead and book all internal meeting and event requests
- Alongside Special Events team, deliver all Chelsea special events including the Annual Lunch and Chelsea Awards
- Support the Senior Manager: Venue Experience & Revenue with arrangements for UEFA European away trips and to co-ordinate arrangements for the Club’s UEFA dinners ahead of home European matches
- Support the Senior Manager: Venue Experience & Revenue with arrangements for Chelsea Legends and other charity football matches
- Co-ordinate the calendar of Club Chelsea VIP member events, and any networking events. Including, but not exclusively, hosted hospitality visits, supper clubs, networking events, menu tastings, an annual members' summit.
- Support the Venues & Hospitality management team as the need arises

**Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required**:

- Proven events organisation experience
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders, including client relationship management
- Fully literate with Microsoft Office suite

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
