**About the Role**
- **Warehouse Operative**
- **£28,277.36**
- **4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12 hour shifts, days and nights**
- **Permanent**

As a **Warehouse Operative **you will be part of a supportive team, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes.

**Your main tasks and duties will be**:

- Receive, put away, pick, and dispatch pallets of raw materials or finished goods in warehouses.
- Process raw materials or finished goods using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Utilise Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Very Narrow Aisle trucks, counterbalance, reach trucks, ride-on, or Pedestrian Operated trucks.
- Conduct regular stock checks and oversee returns while working to minimize waste and promote recycling.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), collaborate within a team to maintain audit readiness, and contribute to achieving team and company-wide targets.

**For the role of Warehouse Operative we are looking for**:

- Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
- Be open to learn new things such as Fork Lift Truck operation and Counterbalance training.
- Be positive and energetic and enjoy working in a team.
- Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
- Be comfortable working to targets.
