**Your Role**
An opportunity has arisen for a Site Operative based in Knottingley, West Yorkshire. This multi-skilled position covers all aspects of production across the flour mill. The position is based on a shift system of four on/four off which is two days & two nights. The position reports to the Production Manager.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Work within the Company Safety and Health guidelines adhering to the critical life standards policy.
- Ensure all food safety compliance requirements are maintained within the plant.
- Working to Production targets to ensure performance excellence across site.
- Laboratory testing of wheat & flour to ensure high quality standards.
- Accurate completion of all documentation as required.
- Support other Site functions such as Weighbridge, Warehouse & Hygiene when required.

**Your Profile**
- An effective team member.
- Effective oral and written communication within operations.
- Problem solving abilities to analyse situations objectively and reach logical solutions.
- Food process experience is ideal but not essential and training will be provided.
- Computer literate.
- Current FLT training certificate is ideal but not essential as training will be provided.
- Advance NABIM qualification is an ideal but not essential and full training and development is provided.
