Sr Coordinator, Field Sales

**Senior Coordinator, Field Sales - UK, IRE & ICE**

**About the role**:
The role will require you to build relationships with Leaders and Members, and maintain communication channels with Members throughout three markets: UK, Ireland & Iceland, through field visits (F2F and virtual). Alongside supporting our Members and facilitating the growth of our markets, you will work closely with the Events Team, the Sales Strategy & Field Support Manager, and Country Director.

**In this role you will**:

- Work strongly and closely with all business units, including Members to identify sales initiatives in accordance with corporate strategies that can grow the Member base, improve Member productivity, enhance brand awareness, and generate revenue,
- Conduct statistical analysis of each Member organization and sharing of all positive results,
- Communicate with the Member base frequently, focusing on business strategy & planning,
- Communicate sales initiatives effectively with Country Director and the Sales Strategy & Field Support Manager through qualitative feedback, and structured meetings,
- Analyze relevant sales & recruiting figures, Member statistics and present current trends to Country Director and regional management,
- Implement market development ideas and special promotions,
- Administer company policies and maintain departmental compliance with company policies, practices, and regulations,
- Work closely with the events team and supporting with member-driven committees and event initiatives.
- Work closely with the Sales Strategy & Field Support Manager to develop the country promotion strategy, provide promotion forecasting, and post promotion analysis to determine the effectiveness of the campaign

**Our requirements**:

- Have a sound commercial awareness, an understanding of the principles of time management, and be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills,
- Ability to liaise and interact with distributors,
- Experience in a track record of setting and achieving goals, delivering results on budget and within set deadlines,
- Good IT skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint),
- Fluent in English as well as excellent reading and writing skills,
- Ability to work autonomously, take on responsibility, and be accountable,
- A strong personality and excellent leadership skills are essential,
- Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity,
- An excellent team player with a proven track record of coordinating/managing a team and positively influencing staff,
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, people person who values the participation and ideas of others,
- Creative thinker with the ability to operate strategically.
