**About the role**:
Our Pharmacy Administrators support the pharmacy operations through the accurate screening of private prescriptions, checking for any inaccuracies and upload them on the company platform, this is a key role in ensuring patients receive their medication on time. The role required the confident handling of queries and requests efficiently by answering or directing to the relevant department.

- 1 year experience in an administration healthcare setting
- NVQ2 qualified would be advantageous
**Key responsibilities**:
The job holder will do all things within their skill and ability; specific examples are (but not limited to):
- Ensure accuracy of patient data and upload onto the company platform
- Routinely update knowledge through our training platform and in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Ensure you work collaboratively with other members of the prescription management team.
- Meet the set KPI’s for the role
- Work with colleagues and other departments to deal with any queries that may arise
The role may require additional background checks in order to fulfil regulatory conditions. Due to the nature of the business of Lyphe Group, the role exists in a highly regulated environment, it is imperative that following procedures and audit requirements is considered a priority at all times. You will have access to sensitive personal data of our customers; ultimate confidentiality, discretion and sensitive approach is a priority at all times.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8 per week
**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
