Senior Letting Consultant

Be an integral part of our 12 person team at The Old Fire Station where you will be responsible for listing, showing and letting our client's properties. Career progression and support to achieve ARLA Propertymark membership if you don't already have it.If you do, We'll pay your subs.
The position is only open to someone with experience in residential letting. You will need to have your own car (car allowance included) and present yourself as befits our prestige image.

You only do a 5.3 day average week, working Saturdays on rotation. We are not open on Sundays or Bank Holidays, so you can book that Easter or Jubilee break. No long nights, our office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays.
Salary is a mixture of basic, commission on department fee income, car allowance and an extra little personal bonus for going that extra mile. Our On Target Earnings is totally realistic and what others are already benefiting from.
