If so, we are looking for someone to join our Mayflower Exeter depot as a Warehouse Operative and Relief Driver.

You will help us serve the needs of our customers, you will be tasked with ensuring orders are picked accurately and assembled ready for dispatch, dealing with customer collections from site and ensuring the correct stock is allocated to each order. You will also work as a delivery driver when required, moving stock to and from our customer base, using in-cab technology to achieve the best results. You will be promoting our core values with great customer care and showcasing your skills and professionalism.

What can you expect as a Warehouse Operative and Relief Driver at Mayflower
- You will be working with a designated Stock Controller highlighting any stock issues, damages, or discrepancies
- Assisting with goods in and van loading when required
- You will follow planned routes, using PDA devices to confirm collections and deliveries, manage any site access issues.
- Moving and storage of key stock, and order picking and packing
- You will be reporting damages and discrepancies
- You will be set an achievable pick rate for orders

What will you need to be a Warehouse Operative and Relief Driver at Mayflower?
- Experience in a warehouse environment and a counterbalance or narrow aisle/flexi truck licence will be a benefit.
- A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months and, the appropriate van license. You must have less than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements of less than five years.
