**Customer Service Administrator - £20,000 to £25,000 pa plus bonuses - Truro, Cornwall**

We are looking for talented people from any discipline to join our team to support the ongoing growth in our business operations, working in internal and customer facing roles.

From our modern offices in Truro, Cornwall, you will work in a rewarding and fast-moving Fintech environment, providing excellent first line support to our customers.

No previous experience is required as full training will be given; however, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have high levels of discretion and integrity, and be able to type at a reasonable speed.

Your core working hours will be 9-5, Monday to Friday.

- Educate customers through support of a market-leading product
- Provide wide-ranging advice depending on customers’ circumstances
- Deliver timely and high-quality responses to customers across multiple channels
