Talent Acquisition Partner - 37 hours a week £45k

This role could fit around school hours and would consider 3/4 day weeks
Shorterm Group are looking for a talent manager to to deliver effective talent acquisition strategies and plans to forecast and acquire the right talent, at the right time, to meet business needs for a client of ours in Gloucester
You will work closely with the HR Manager to provide analytics to inform the business about internal & external recruitment achievements, demand and trends & to drive improvement of the recruitment related tools and processes.
Knowledge/ Experience required:
*Good educational background with GCSE grade B / 6 in English and Maths or equivalent
*Experienced recruiter with up to date knowledge of recruitment and on boarding
*Full understanding of job board analytics and optimisation, AI and social media platforms
*A deep understanding and real interest in the social media landscape
*Impeccable organisation skills and the ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met
NETWORK & COMMUNICATION
*Research and identify new talent communities to build networks for hiring today and in the future and building diversity into our talent pools.
*Build relationships with key contacts for future talent through local school and college network and create a rolling program to attract talent and promote our employer brand.
*Involvement in developing key Women in STEM programs to promote D&I in Safran
*Work with Safran UK to support connections with UK Universities to develop STEM supported networks and programs
*Identify key Social Media platforms to exploit and promote our brand and roles
*Contribute to building Safran's employer brand, leveraging various channels, with an emphasis on social media and working alongside the communications team
REPORTING, ANALYSIS & IT
*Analyse local competition and provide comprehensive feedback on market trends and recommendations to the HR Manager/HRD through benchmarking exercises and turnover analysis
*Develop a consistent, fully informed and timely reporting tool for all vacancy management updates and fulfilment information for use across the business, providing trend analysis, with regular updates to the HRBP team.
*Aim to build and improve the utilization of ATS as required by the business including introduction of electronic employment contracts (issue and sign-off).
*Using a data-driven approach to hiring and educating hiring managers on best practices, showing them 'under the hood' and bringing them along on the recruitment journey
*Deliver against set KPI's and related analysis and respond and adapt to changing business needs and the environment.
