**Job Description**:
**_Are you an experienced and conscientious Senior Estimator looking for autonomy and long term security? _**

A highly respected and well established locally based building contractor is seeking a result driven, knowledgeable Senior Estimator to join their committed and experienced team.
As an experienced construction Estimator, the role will require, as part of a small pre-construction team, to provide accurate and competitive pricing and tenders for the company. You will have responsibility for leading and ensuring bids and tenders are produced to time and quality, provide accurate cost plans, take offs and Bills of Quantities, provide value engineering advice and attend tender meetings and client interviews as required. You will be expected to build good working relationships with clients, project teams and the supply chain, minimising commercial risk and maximising profit on each project.
Applicant requirements:

- Qualified to HNC level or above level in a relevant construction related topic- Possess a good working knowledge of the local area and marketplace- Demonstrate adaptability and be confident in producing tenders in a variety of sectors- Proven track record in pricing a range of schemes through Traditional, D & B, 2 Stage and Framework methods- IT Literate with good communication & client liaison skillsEnjoying high levels of repeat business and able to offer clients in the private and public sector a collaborative approach, this company has earned a track record in delivering quality and value.
