Hybrid location: Working from home, on site and our office in Farringdon, London
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)
Salary £37,520 to £69,450 pa (depending on skills and experience) plus car allowance of £4,609 pa, based on mileage.

We have a fantastic job opportunity for you to join us in our new role of Technical Quality Manager, supporting us in our strategic priority to provide the right homes, in the right places for our customers.
In this brilliant role, you?ll manage the quality of our new build homes during the construction phase, providing expert technical advice to our Development & Delivery colleagues and contract partners on all aspects of design and technical specifications. Fromsigning off technical G3 drawings, attending pre-construction sites meetings through to managing the handover process, you?ll ensure that an excellent offer for our customers and communities always lies at the heart of delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity to really make your mark, supporting us in the delivery of our new-homes development programme for the Southern Region. You?ll be enabling the delivery of our mixed tenure schemes with mínimal defects, on time and to budget.
You?ll report to Andrew our Head of Technical who was born and bred in Manchester but has lived in London for over 20 years and still cannot quite believe it doesn?t rain here every dayHe?s passionate about delivering quality homes for our customers throughbrilliant design quality, on time and to budget.
