Accounts Assistant

Processing bank reports daily
- Send statements and copy invoices as requested.
- Generate bulk files and submit to the bank
- Month end trust account reconciliations
- Download and reconcile card payments
**What skills will you need?**
- To be well organised and passionate about providing a great service.
- Enjoy variety and learning new skills.
- Have keen attention to detail.
- Good general computer skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel.
Full training in systems and processes will be provided, but previous use of business systems and or the automotive/Warranty/service plan market would be an advantage.
