At present, we are seeking Call Centre Agents who can function within a quality-controlled and results-driven setting, and possess the ability to work with precision according to established procedures and strict timelines. As a member of a proficient team, you will assist a prominent financial service provider in managing the initial and ongoing customer interaction. **Duties and tasks**: - Interacting with customers. - Managing a considerable amount of incoming and outgoing calls through automated dialling and manual methods. - Delivering a professional service that fulfils our "quality assurance" criteria and meets key performance indicators (KPIs). - Having a grasp of the legal aspects of debt recovery, and the ability to accurately and clearly explain the process to customers when necessary. - Performing additional tasks as directed to maintain the company's operations. The preferred applicant should hold GCSEs at a C level or above in English and Mathematics. It is necessary that you have a customer service-oriented mindset and are self-driven, with a focus on achieving targets and objectives. Additionally, having the capability to work with precision and careful attention to detail is crucial.
