Zero Hour Contract - Variable working hours available. Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays.

As a receptionist you will be a first port of call for our customers, providing a warm and friendly welcome.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Greeting of guests
- Giving advice on products
- Taking bookings
- Receiving payments
- Performing basic clerical duties and admin tasks as needed
- Cash handling and Till reconciliation

Customer Service
- Ensure a high standard of customer service
- To do everything within reason to minimise customer complaints and maximise customer enjoyment

Other
- To assist with marketing as required
- To read and comply with the company staff handbook

Person Specification
- Good command of the English language
- Work well with children
- Weekend availability
- Organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure at busy times and deal with difficult customers
- Strong written and oral communication skills
