As a cleaner your role is to be a cleaner of all types and to monitor cleaning standards

Your cleaning tasks are:

- Communal cleaning
- general cleaning
- Carpet cleaning
- light maintenance
- Grass cutting
- window & exterior cleaning
- etc.

You must be able to drive our vans

We are looking for a positive hard working person, you must go the extra mile and take initative. If you do this then we have opportunities to grow with us and increase earning potential

08:00-15:00

Get to your first job and start at 08:00am

Then you will be finishing your last job roughly 15:00pm

Pay: £30,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

**Location**:

- Brentwood, Essex (preferred)
