We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Coventry. In this essential role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damages and providing accurate estimates for repairs, playing a crucial part in our commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive evaluations of damaged vehicles to determine repair requirements
- Generate detailed reports and cost estimates for necessary repairs, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards
- Work closely with repair technicians to ensure efficient and effective vehicle restorations
- Communicate assessment results clearly to customers and insurance representatives, guiding them through the repair process
- Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to enhance service quality

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or in a comparable position within the automotive repair sector
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle structures, repair methodologies, and applicable regulations
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues
- Relevant qualifications in vehicle damage assessment or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
- Full UK driving license
