**About the role**:
- Looking for a Hygienist or Hygiene Therapist who treats their patients gently but thoroughly and never skips on a step in their protocol.
- We're known as a cosmetically-focussed clinic. Our Hygiene Therapists currently complete all Professional Whitening (which you'll do daily), use intraoral scanners as standard, take DSLR photos and contribute to the Invisalign process.
- Although the majority of our clients are young and perio is limited, our new location means we're starting to see patients for general dentistry too.
- Aquacare units available for stain removal.
- We combine our Health Checks and Hygiene Visits so the dentist, hygienist and patient is in the same room to ensure we're all on the same page.
- You'll always be aided by four-handed nursing support and there's no such thing as a 20 minute scale. You'll have ample time to do your job properly.
- We're open to the finished article, or someone who's determined and willing to learn, putting in the hours knowing that you'll be on the path to doing daily dentistry which is rewarding.
- Use of loupes is preferable. If you can't see it, you can't treat it
- 1-2 days per week available.
- Working hours can be between 08:00-20:00 Monday-Friday and 8:00-17:00 on Saturday. We normally work 6 or 12 hour shifts.
**About the practice**:
- Modern fully digital clinic with each treatment room installed with iTero or 3Shape scanners, an on-site lab and 3D printing onsite. We create our own stents, aligners and models for bonding.
- Established in March 2021, and have outgrown our 3 surgery site. We've never had capacity to provide General Dentistry until now.
- All nurses trained to the highest standard and practice 4-handed dentistry as the norm. You won't have to look up to fish for instruments.
- The Principal Dentists are on site and willing to mentor and help. They're very much hands on and are constantly driving the business forward.
