- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English if required
- International freight forwarding specialist
**Apprenticeship Description**
As an Apprentice Logistics Coordinator within our Global Logistics office, your role will consist of the following:
- Creating accurate bookings and data inputting onto in house software package
- Liaising with our in-house transport department, as well as overseas agents in Scandinavia
- Answering phone calls in a prompt and professional manner
- Handling documentation, and proof of deliveries
- Communicating to a high level to colleges and customers
- Developing and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
- Being proactive in finding solutions and complete any other reasonable tasks
- Undertaking any other administrative duties to aid the smooth running of the business
