**Job Introduction**:
We are looking for an approachable, responsive Administrator with excellent communication skills to work across The Levels School and our new outsourcing unit ' The Level's Therapy'. The role will be split 50/50 on a Full Time, permanent basis.This role involves supporting the Head teacher and the SENDCo with administrative duties that pertain to the EHCP Consultation and Annual Review process. The ability to converse at ease with stakeholders and students and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential to the role. It will also include some whole school administrative support and First Aid support.

- Carry out the day-to-day work of the administrative function of the school team as dictated by the Head teacher
- Support the Head teacher with consultation responses to the Local authorities
- To monitor and maintain an accurate computer records in support of the SEN provision
- Assist with student first aid/welfare duties, looking after students that are unwell, liaising with parents/staff etc in accordance with the school policy on administering drugs
- Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems
- Undertake typing, word-processing and other IT based tasks

The Clinical Administrator at The Levels Therapy Ltd is responsible for overseeing the daily administration of The Levels Therapy Ltd team. This will make up 0.5 of the role.
- Duties_
- Carry out the day-to-day work of the administrative function of The Levels Therapy Ltd Team.
- To monitor and maintain an accurate computer records in support of the Clinical Director and Therapists.
- To provide a warm welcome for patients, visitors and colleagues and deal with their reasonable requests in an efficient and professional manner.
- Assist Finance with the management of the financial administration procedures and maintain appropriate records to satisfy audits.
- Assist with the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the budget for the office expenditure.
- Assist the Clinical Director in the management of The Levels Therapy Ltd Team expenditure with an agreed budget.
- Assist in the management of the service contracts.

We are looking to appoint a flexible, adaptable and dedicated individual. Experience in working with individuals with SpLD and some SEMH difficulties would be beneficial. Administrative experience of working within Health Care is highly desirable.

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
