A fast-paced and leading bank, your role as Fraud Insights Manager will require you to support the development and implementation of BI plastic (credit and debit cards) fraud data strategy, engineering the delivery of data-led initiatives and effectivenessof fraud risk systems, instruments, and procedures via data awareness.

**THE ROLE**
- Conducting constant evaluation of fraud capabilities and controls across the Fraud eco-system
- Delivering creative solutions through expertise of fraud detection/prevention and top practices
- Creating reports through analysing data to gather insight into losses, trends, areas of improvement in fraud space
- Act as leading point of contact for both colleagues and clients sharing fraud expertise as required to deliver most effective service
- Liaising with stakeholders to present findings and deliver new and improved business initiatives
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in fraud insights or credit risk role
- Solid understanding of SAS or SQL
- Excellent communication skills
