Hotel Reception Supervisor

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Utilise QuickBooks for basic financial transactions and record keeping.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed.
**Skills**
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with clerical duties including data entry and record management.
- Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Pay: £26,700.00 per year
