We are now recruiting for The Village Pub and seeking Kitchen Porters to join what will be a small, close-knit kitchen brigade.

As Kitchen Porter, you play a vital role with the preparation and function of the kitchen. From washing plates, cutlery, and utensils to maintaining the cleanliness of the entire kitchen including all appliances. This is a hands-on role, including some basic food prep.

The team will benefit from an array of learning and development opportunities. If you are seeking a role within a kitchen that can develop your skills and offer progression, then look no further.

Several of our Kitchen Porters become our apprentice chefs, many of which have won awards and been recognised for their achievements.

Experience as a Kitchen Porter in a busy kitchen is preferred but this is not essential. We will provide all the necessary training required for the role. All we are looking for is the willingness to learn and a strong work ethic - taking pride in a job well done.
