Within this role, you'll be working in the home of 5 individuals to aid with personal care, support with meals, medication & clinical support, social activities and any additional services required. An example of our shift patterns: 7am-2pm & 2pm - 10pm and also **waking night 10pm-7am**.
Do you have: a bubbly personality, strong verbal and written communication skills, able to think outside the box and able to work on your own and part of a team, then you are perfect for our team.
