Role: Front Office Team Member

Hours: 8-40 hours per week mixed days Monday-Sunday

Rate of Pay: Up to £10 per hour

At our hotel, every guest gets a warm welcome. That’s only made possible by the enthusiasm and friendliness of our team. As a Restaurant Team Member, you’ll be creating great memories for our guests, adding those special little touches that will make their visit an amazing experience.

Your role as a Receptionist is to ensure that all guests and visitors receive a warm welcome and a lasting first impression of the hotel.

Your main duties;
- To be a point of contact for all hotel guests and to deal with all situations in a polite and courteous manner.
- Knowledge of FOLS system preferred but not essential.
- To check guests in and out of the system quickly and efficiently.
- To answer telephone calls to Reception and transfer as necessary.
- To ensure that the hotel has the correct information and requirements for all guests as they check in.
- To ensure that all departing guests are satisfied that their bill is correct before making payment.
- To take collective responsibility for the safe, daily banking and all monies received at reception during your shift.
- Prepare meals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.75-£10.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
