**Polypipe Building Products** are focused on delivering solutions to the residential sector. Polypipe Building Products works with national and local developers, plumbing and heating engineers, general builders and groundworkers to deliver above and below ground drainage systems, rainwater solutions as well as hot and cold plastic plumbing products.

**Role**: As a member of the Injection Moulding team, you will ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process and conduct daily checks within the department to ensure safe and continuous running.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily crane checks reporting any issues to the chargehand setter/ management team and being trained to add to the IFS maintenance module
- Eye bolt and lifting equipment checks reporting any issues to the chargehand setter/ management team
- Breathing apparatus checks reporting any issues to the Chargehand setter /management team
- Lifting equipment checks based on the hand pump trucks
- Organising the setter stores and ordering consumables and replacement stock
- Housekeeping duties
- Organising setting cards/setting packs potential admin duties

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.

- Work on own initiative

**Hours of work**: Working Monday - Friday 8:00am until 4:30pm

**Rate of pay**:£10.65 per hour

**Salary**: £10.65 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Plastics injection molding: 1 year (preferred)
- crane checks: 1 year (preferred)
