**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Manage product listings on various platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions that will drive SEO, RRP data and high-quality images.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Utilise Excel and Google tools for data analysis, reporting, and tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling copy for product descriptions and promotional materials.
- Oversee website management using WordPress, ensuring optimal user experience and functionality.
- Collaborate with our internal and external Tech resources to ensure website and bespoke systems are functioning correctly, being optimised and data is being recorded correctly.
- Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
- Collaborate with and manage third party affiliates we use to expand our Ecommerce reach - including Ebay and Next
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
- Employ strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management systems is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in written communication.
- Ability to analyse market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on time management to meet deadlines effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
