**Salary**: £28,282 - £30,881**(per annum)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Crewe (with some travel to other campus sites required)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our Futures team, to support our learners in working towards aspirational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the Futures Team Leader to co-ordinate the university admissions process across Cheshire College;
- Leading on alumni network and engagement initiatives; _and_
- Monitoring and reporting on learner destinations.

**Key Person Specification Requirements**:

- Degree (_or equivalent_);
- Qualification in Careers Guidance at L4 _(or equivalent)_;
- Commitment to ongoing professional development;
- Excellent organisational and digital literacy skills; _and_
- Ability to work successfully with a diverse client.
