Bakers and Flour Confectioner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate bakers and flour confectioners to join our team. As a bakers and flour confectioners, you will be responsible for food preparation and production in our kitchen. Assist the chef in preparing pizza dough and other products. Weigh’s ingredients according to recipe; mixes ingredients using hand or machine to obtain the required consistency. Stretches, kneads and moulds dough to form pizza dough, bread, rolls and buns. Cleaning workstations before food preparation. Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use. Plating or packaging pizzas and other food products accordingly. Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
