Hours: Variable

Location: Home working & F2F / Up to 30 miles

Rate of pay: £15 per hour for remote sessions. £15-£25 per hour for face-to-face in-home and group course lessons (exclusive of any value added tax (VAT) and inclusive of travel, i.e. no travel or toll fees paid in addition).

JOB PURPOSE

To support and deliver remote, and face-to-face training relating to Digital and Financial Inclusion, and Assisted Digital projects.  To create a positive learning environment for all programmes and delegates ensuring key messages are consistently delivered.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Deliver training content against company standards and using predefined training programmes

Deliver training as required, either as part of programme or individual courses; methods of delivery will be remote and face-to-face training

Ensure attendance records and equipment forms are completed recording key details as required by We Are Digital

Ensure feedback surveys are completed as required by We Are Digital

Ensure the health and safety of all learners for the duration of any training programme or individual courses and report any incidents via the appropriate company process

Responsible for the safe keeping of any We Are Digital IT equipment, whether it be for a learner, client or the trainer

Manage diaries to communicate availability

Report any deviations from original appointment bookings

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIOURS

Essential

Experience of training using a variety of training aids as well as the ability to train with no aids available
