**Supervisor - Aylesbury - Multi product retailer | Up to £23,000 plus benefits and bonus**
We're currently recruiting for an experienced supervisor to join a rapidly expanding retailer who are the market leader in their sector. If you thrive on pace, people, processes and passion, then drive your career forward with this leading retailer as a supervisorin a great environment.
As a supervisor, you will be reporting to the management team and be part of a strong team. You'll be tasked with driving forward both turnover and revenues from the store based on lean principles.
Responsibilities as a Supervisor:
- Managing the day to day running of a department
- Acting as assistant manager for the entire store in the absence of management
- Assisting in achieving company KPI's
- Complying with all health & safety policies and legislation
- Delivering great customer service
The ideal Supervisor:
- Have a proven track record in a fast paced retail environment.
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Be target driven and customer service orientated
- Be highly motivated and ambitious
- Be a self starter with a can do attitude
