£20,280 per annum, 32.5 hours per week, 9am - 4pm

**Duties of a Bodyshop Administrator**:
- To obtain new work by inspecting vehicles in for Service and offer quotations on damaged vehicles.
- To be confident to advise customers on how to pursue repair, i.e. insurance, non-fault
- To ensure incoming calls are answered in a timely manner
- To manage diary
- To ensure job packs are raised and any parts ordered
- Manage bookings
- Update customers with progress
- To produce invoices and submit to insurers
- To manage the department debt - i.e. insurers and Bcash account
- Ensure deadlines are met and vehicles delivered and returned promptly
- Input relevant data into the company DMS system
- Strive to achieve a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
- Be aware of current business processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Comply with company GDPR policies and procedures
- Comply with company Health & Safety Policy.
- Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably expected in accordance with the position.

Pay: £20,280.00 per year
