Altum Consulting are partnering with a fast-growing technology company to recruit a permanent FP&A Manager. Reporting directly to the CFO this role will be immediately influential in decision making and interface with multiple stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support sales teams to develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts appropriate for a listed PLC.
- Develop new reporting, forecasting and insightful analysis to support a new revenue stream (professional services)
- Prepare materials to support a successful IPO, including long-term business plan, management presentations, working capital report and admission document
- In the event of an IPO, support CFO in the effective management of analyst consensus forecasts
- Support the Group Financial Controller in the establishment of key management estimates and judgements
- Support production of monthly management accounts pack
- Work closely with sales and finance teams to produce the monthly Cash Update, with particular focus on clear drivers of cash levels and actions to mitigate risks
- Production of regular reporting as required by third parties such as banks and ratings agencies
- Support the Group Financial Controller in the co-ordination of the annual budget process, including target setting, consolidation, reporting and analysis
- Support the Group Financial Controller in the co-ordination of the Group’s forecasting cycle, including timetables, expectations, consolidation, reporting, critique and analysis
You’ll be/have:
- A Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA) with significant PQE
- Strong practical experience of analysis requirements of a UK-listed business
- Experience working in a small, growing company (Tech/SaaS background ideal)
