x 1 Up to 37 Hours, Permanent x 1 22 Hours, Fixed term up to 11 months (maternity cover) We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced HR individual to join our team. You will provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, practices and procedures. In this role you will support the HR Business Partner in providing a value added service to your designated business area. You will lead on attendance management, Occupational Health provision and be involved in projects such as the annual Health and Wellbeing Plan, restructures and policy review. Day to day activities will include being the first point of contact for the HR Business Partnering team, providing advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters. You will provide excellent customer service to managers across the business, providing support at hearings and formal meetings. Please see the Job description for further information about the role.
