**Job title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant Apprentice**

**Location**:Bolton, BL2 1BX

**Wage**:£12,000 per annum

**Start date**:ASAP

**Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

**Time spent in training**: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

**Job duties and responsibilities**:

- Placing healthcare professionals into Primary care services on a temporary basic
- Business developing to increase client base, ensuring high level of engagement and follow up is being met
- Utilisation and management of inhouse software systems in line with business processes.
- Creating and posting all client vacancies using our inhouse software system ensuring quality and standards are being met
- Working to measurable and achievable individual weekly KPI’s/ targets as well supporting team targets and goals
- Adding New healthcare services to the system and generating new business leads

In addition to the above you may be required to undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with your position, as necessary to meet the needs of the Company’s business.
- Experience of sales or recruitment, or both
- Able to demonstrate that you are passionate about the customer and believe in sales through service, with experience of achieving KPIs
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills - ensuring that communication is ongoing and effective between teams and customers; able to build relationships of trust
- A passion for service - putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
- The ability to handle multiple priorities and problem solve, meeting deadlines always
- IT skills - confident in using outlook, word, excel and other databases
- Analytical skills - able to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Teamwork - to act as part of the wider AppLocum team working towards common goals and objectives
- Customer Service - an approachable and helpful manner when dealing with clients and staff
- You will be expected to work as part of an on-call rota, which means you will have a mobile phone and laptop during evenings and weekends around 15-20% of the time (it is moved around a team of 5-8 team members). Any holidays / events are taking into consideration and our team look after each other in this regard
