Join us as a Quality and Warranty Co-ordinator and you’ll play a part in providing an excellent service to our customers.

**What you’ll be doing**

Working within a team you’ll action Product Warranty requests received from our stores on behalf of our customers. You’ll advise and respond to requests ensuring they are actioned accurately and efficiently raising any concerns of any potential threat to service.

You’ll ensure customers are always kept up to date with progress along with updating and maintaining customer records to allow full traceability and information is readily available. Also, you’ll analyse and provide feedback on all enquiries received within the department with a view to implement improvement actions.

**How you qualify for this role**

You’ll be customer focused, with a constructive proactive approach and good organisation and communication skills to drive resolution to Warranty issues. Experience within a similar role is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.

You’ll help to maintain and improve our Brand perception by delivering a positive customer experience. You’ll be empathetic with effective problem-solving skill and not afraid to make decisions and use your own imitative. Also, you must be computer literate with excellent letter writing skills.
