**Recruitment Consultant**

**The Company**:
- Founded in 2006 between 3 very successful business people / recruiters, they are now over 200 employees strong, have a turnover approaching £35m and have 4 offices throughout the UK.
- Their graduate training academy is one of the best in the county and they have the awards to prove it. They believe every one of their employees is different and therefore needs to be trained in a different way to bring out their own personal strengthsto make them successful.

**The Rewards**:
- This job is all about the commission and earning a lot of money. The average consultant there bills £200k p/a or approx £17k per month. This is how the commission for this average amount will work:
- 0-5k (10%) = £500
- 5-10k (20%) = £1000
- 10-15k (30%) = £1500
- 15k+ (50%) = £1000
- This would give you a gross commission of £4000 per month on top of a £1875 basic which is a £5875 paycheque in one month, or a £70.5k first year salary.
- Remember this is AVERAGE billings and people do bill more than this and in turn earn a lot more money
- They also operate lunch clubs to Michelin star restaurants, all inclusive 5* holidays and paid for company phones, travel and after you hit your targets - a Rolex.
**What we want**:
- You will have to work hard, we want a person who is in this for the money and wants to earn a lot. We are not looking for someone who walks out the office at 5:30, asks how much holiday time they get or is not willing to give 100%.
- You’ll need good academics from uni, good work experience either in a commercial environment or sales and also a great personality.
