We need an energetic, proactive, and customer-focused **FOH Supervisor / Barista** to join our friendly team and lead the FOH operations.

This is a full-time permanent role working 5 days/shifts per week across the 7 days of the week with flexibility a key requirement.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- To work as a Barista, greet and serve customers, using your expert product knowledge to advise customers on choices and maximise sales, ensuring food and drinks are served to their tables promptly.
- To supervise FOH operations and ensure the delivery of the highest standards in terms of customer experience, cleanliness, and Health & Safety.
- To control FOH stock, manage ordering, supervise intake and storage of deliveries, and ensure adequate supplies at all times.
- To listen to and resolve customer queries in a calm and professional manner.
- To implement our policies and processes on a day-to-day basis such as food safety, staff hygiene and uniform.
- To motivate, mentor, develop and lead your team, sharing responsibility for rota preparation, and processing holiday requests.
- To ensure on-the-job training is completed for your team and complete performance reviews at appropriate times.
- To assist other departments as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- **What we are looking for**:_
- **Please note, this is not just a Supervisory role, Barista experience is essential**.
- Experience of supervising or managing staff within a hospitality environment.
- Strong customer service and organisational skills.
- Administrative skills and experience of using Microsoft Office.
- Experience of managing and resolving customer queries and / or complaints.
- A positive and engaging personality.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Strong task and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English.

Pay: £12.21-£13.25 per hour
