**ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / BOOKKEEPER**

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic **Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper** to join our team in Perth. This role sits within our Client Accounting Division and involves providing high-quality bookkeeping and payroll support to a wide range of clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

As part of your role, you will be responsible for a range of client-focused accounting duties, including:

- Processing client bookkeeping and completing all reconciliations
- Managing supplier invoice payments
- Preparing VAT returns
- Administering client payroll, including:

- HMRC reporting
- Pension compliance
- Year-end reporting
- Preparing P11Ds
- Producing monthly cashflow reports
- Liaising with Land Agents and clients
- Performing other related administrative and accounting tasks as required

**Skills & Experience**

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- Previous bookkeeping experience (essential)
- Knowledge of VAT Partial Exemption (desirable)
- Experience with Xero and payroll, or a relevant qualification (advantageous, but full training provided)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills

Pay: £23,751.00-£26,000.00 per year
