An award-winning multinational financial law firm are looking for a Senior Associate to join the Asset management and Private Funds team in their London office.

**The Asset Management Lawyer's Role**

The successful Asset Management Lawyer will have a diverse caseload, ranging from private fund formation and investor work, working with financial sponsors and private investments with a varied client base ranging from US-based asset management companies,European Companies and Start-Ups.

The successful Asset Management Lawyer will work with and advise some of the largest and most eminent asset management firms, fund sponsors and investors globally.

**The Asset Management Lawyer**
- Qualified solicitor in England Wales
- Strong track record of working in private funds
- Robust knowledge of asset management
- Excellent academic track record
- Experience in an international law firm is desirable but not essential

**In Return?**
- £120,000 - £130,000 (DoE)
