We have an exciting opportunity within our Customer Service Team at Liverpool Street Station for an Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) Operator. This is a relief role and maternity cover fixed term contract expected to last 12 months.

**The Role**

The purpose of the role is to be the face of Greater Anglia, and to aid in creating a positive impression of the company whilst providing excellent customer service. As a ATG Operator you will assist in the operation of the Gate line, providing information and assistance to customers. ATG Operators must ensure that ticketless travel and fraud reduced through proactive monitoring of the gateline. They are responsible for the safe operation of the gateline, fault reporting and will endeavour to keep the workspace looking professional and tidy.

Training will be provided. Full uniform will be provided, to ensure that you embrace our values and brand as a business.
