Elvio is a Property Services company specialising in Cleaning and FM solutions to both domestic and commercial clients with a portfolio spanning across Cambridgeshire. Elvio is also the holding company of Elvio Local, a convenience store company. With an ever growing client base, we are now seeking cleaners to join us in Ely and the surrounding areas to support our cleaning requirements and manage a client base of both domestic and commercial customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas such as customers homes, clients offices and retail stores belonging to Elvio's subsidiary company.
- Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed to ensure availability for ongoing tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to uphold quality standards.

**Skills**
- Experience in commercial & domestic cleaning is highly desirable but not required.
- ability to drive and own or have access to a vehicle is required.
- Ability to travel within a defined area with the flexibility to work out of area on request to cover staff shortages.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and their proper usage is advantageous.

Expected hours: 2 - 40 per week
