**Receptionist & Support Administrator**

**Birmingham**

**Up to £20,000 to £22,500**

**The Company**

Legal Services Firm based in Birmingham are looking to recruit an Office Administrator. A specialist in their field, having been awarded firm of the year in 2019 and 2020. They offer full training, close to local shops, restaurants and offer modern onsite facilities.

**The Essence of The Role**

Working in a small team and supporting across multiple layers of the business making your role varied and stimulating.

**Scope of the role**
- Digital dictation software to produce audio typing of varying documents which include letters, memos, files notes, specifications.
- Update/create meeting schedules and trip reports for fee earners for overseas trips.
- Assist with queries on problems with photocopiers and faxes and arrange for engineers where appropriate.
- Undertake reception duties, as required including taking, transferring, and logging telephone calls, greeting visitors, organising meeting rooms and refreshment/lunch requirements.
- Maintain all reception documentation including the telephone system directories.
- Processing courier shipments using the Intraship system including checking of invoices.
- Provide general administrative support to the support administration team.

**Prerequisites**
- Experience using Diktamen would be an advantage
- Good understanding of administration processes in an office or reception environment
- Minimum GCSE English at grade C, or equivalent work experience
- Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft packages
- Confident, professional and flexible in your approach to work
