IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be supporting one of key clients who are a leader in the retail sector with the recruitment of a Workforce Management Consultant for a period of 6 months, paying a competitive day rate inside of IR35 working remotelywith occasional travel to the London office.

You will work across the Commercial, Finance & People teams to identify the opportunities in the Workforce Management space.

**What we look for in a Workforce Management Consultant?**
- Previous experience in Set up/fix it situations on Workforce Management /Strategic Workforce planning
- Ideally supermarket/retail experience (best practice) but needs to be volume deployment - 20,000+
- Demonstrable ability to navigate large organisations, building relationships and working cross function to ensure our payroll/workforce planning.
- Whilst able to deliver a strategic view, also happy to dive into detail to understand the current requirements
